Robert Klinkenberg Attorneys was founded in August 1996 after which Rose Duvenage was admitted as a partner in 1997. The partnership subsequently changed its name to Klinkenberg Duvenage Attorneys. The firm was built and thrived on their combined and extensive court experience. This invaluable experience has assisted them in building a good solid practice with high moral and ethical standards.

Their collective expertise came from Robert Klinkenberg having held the position of Regional Prosecutor in Johannesburg and Rose Duvenage having held the position of Senior Public Prosecutor in Roodepoort. Their combined litigation experience has led to a large corporate and private client base that has been successfully maintained for the past 13 years.

Unfortunately Rose Duvenage had to retire from the practice in 2008 due to ill health after which Klinkenberg Incorporated Attorneys was formed. Rose Duvenhage sadly passed away in 2011.

A highly qualified and professional team assists and compliments this successful practice.
